Unlock 4 Extra Hours Per Day: The Ultimate Guide to Time Mastery
How I reclaimed 4 hours per day by structuring my life
“How the f***k do you do all that?”, the person I just met asked.
Spring 2023, rooftop party, Berlin-Mitte. Typical hangout spot for startup bros like my counterpart and myself.
Naturally, we were talking about the things we’re doing in life. I casually mentioned the fact that I work full-time, practice sports on a fairly high level, write a newsletter and do some investing while maintaining my sanity.
This wasn’t the first time I’d been asked that question. If I had an FAQ, it’d be at the very top.
Slowly, a realization started creeping in: not everybody manages their time and calendar the way that I do.
Weird. But okay.
Since my way of managing time is working well for me, I figured it might be useful for some others as well.
So two months ago, I sat down and started writing a guide with the working title “Everything I Know About Time Management.”
Today, I’m sharing the end result with you. And as trusty newsletter readers, it’s only fair that you get access first.
This is by far the longest post I’ve ever written: 20 pages in Google Docs, 40 in PDF, with another 20 or so that didn’t make it into the final product.
My goal is to provide you with clear, actionable things you can do today to reclaim up to 4 hours per day.
Here’s the outline and what to expect:
This guide is divided into 7 sections:
- 01. What is time, and how should we think about it?
- 02. Calendar Management
- 03. Healthy Work Habits
- 04. Focus: Our Lost Superpower
- 05. Getting a handle on social media
- 06. Spending money to acquire time
- 07. Conclusion & Action Items
By the time you’ve finished reading this (my estimate: 15 minutes), you will have learned:
- why you really should consider time your most valuable asset
- how to gain back control of your calendar
- how to make time for the most important people & activities
- how to get 8 hours worth of work done in 2
- how to implement systems to reduce social media consumption by up to 2 hours per day
- a mental framework to evaluate when you should absolutely delegate things (disclaimer: more than you think)

Hope you’ll get something out of it.
If you did, please do me one favour and share the guide with a friend who might also benefit from better time management.
Much love
