How to get to Kayseri Bus Station (Otogar) from Kayseri City Center

We arrived in Kayseri by train this week, and had to go to the bus station the next day (which is fairly far outside of the city). Hence, taxis are expensive, but Google Maps doesn’t provide an alternative. 

The good news: there is one. 

1. First, go to Cumhüriyet Meydanı Tram Stop. There’s a few tram lines going there which you won’t see on Google Maps. 
2. Then, simply tap your credit card at the entrance gate. 
3. Get onto T3 (light blue) line in direction “Kumsvall”. 
4. Stay on that tram for 20-25 minutes - it’ll take you straight to the bus station.
